Our other competencies:

  • Service provider across applications
  • Project management
  • Content management
  • Documentation management

P&ID

An initial sketch is transformed into a detailed Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), which is then synchronized with the 3D model to ensure a precise, coordinated design from start to finish. This process generates comprehensive lists and documentation that are essential for accurate construction and project planning.

From sketch to P&ID. The visual sequence transforms the initial sketch into the detailed piping and instrumentation diagram.

3D

Detailed 3D models are built to bring complex designs to life, providing a complete visual of the entire project. This process allows comprehensive coordination and early detection of potential issues, ensuring a seamless and efficient build.

Stress Analysis

Stress analysis is necessary to ensure structural reliability, predict failure points and optimize design for safety and performance. This proactive approach ensures system integrity and safety under all operating conditions.

Clash Test

Our team performs comprehensive clash detection to find and fix any conflicts within the digital model. This proactive step helps to guarantee a smooth and efficient build on-site.

Maintenance

We create visual animations and interactive models to show how to perform maintenance tasks and identify potential problems upfront. This helps on-site teams to optimize their tasks and time, ensuring a safer and smoother process.

Engineering Documentation (2D)

Precise ISO (Isometric) drawings provide a clear, single-view diagram of 3D systems. Our drawings are a vital guide for installation, maintenance or revamp, showing all components and dimensions in an easy-to-read format for accurate construction. Engineering lists also support the commissioning process.

Positional Drawing

We specialize in detailed positional drawings, also known as orthographic projections. These multi-view drawings capture every dimension and tolerance needed for accurate fabrication. By providing front, top, and side views, our drawings serve as the blueprint to ensure your design is built precisely.

Digital Twin

A digital twin is a dynamic virtual model of a physical asset that is constantly updated with real-time sensor data. This living digital counterpart allows us to:

  • Simulate the asset’s behavior
  • Predict maintenance needs
  • Optimize operations
  • Test new designs without the need for expensive physical prototypes
The digital twin concept. Sensors collect real-time data. That data feeds a virtual model, enabling simulation and analysis to inform maintenance, design improvements, operational changes and lifecycle management.
Text from the digital twin video
  1. Data collection. Sensors on a physical asset continuously collect real-time data, such as temperature, performance metrics, or environmental conditions.
  2. Virtual model. This data feeds a virtual, three-dimensional model representing the physical asset.
  3. Simulation and analysis. The model uses real-time data to simulate the asset’s behavior. Machine learning and AI can help predict outcomes.
  4. Decision-making. Insights from the digital twin inform maintenance, design improvements, operational changes, and lifecycle management.
